Congratulations to the Essex Kent Ice Bullets for another excellent season!!
Date Posted: Monday, March 25, 2013

The Essex Kent Ice Bullets season ended Saturday March 23rd in Amherstburg, Ontario following a loss versus the Mississauga Cruisers.  The Ice Bullets finished 2nd in Ontario during the regular season and have a record of 4 wins 2 losses, behind only Buffalo Gold! We are very proud of their excellent standing and outstanding efforts during the season!!  Each and every one of them, including new players, have improved their personal best!

The Ice Bullets' next season begins the first week of September 2013.  Some events that are planned throughout the summer include: training camps, exhibition games, fundraising (the average travel player on the team spends $1,000 per season on travel accommodations and ice time); and of course, the annual pool party/bbq in August.

The next challenge for JMCC client sledge hockey athletes is The Ontario Paragames that take place in Kingston, Ontario on May 31st to June 2nd, where several of our athletes will be representing the Ontario Western Region, along with clients from Children's Rehabilitation Centres in London, Kitchener, Sarnia, Woolwich and Brant Counties.

Thank you for your continued support of the Ice Bullets!
