MCYS Middle Years (6-12) Parent and Caregiver Experience Survey
Date Posted: Thursday, March 9, 2017

Message from the Ministry of Children and Youth Services:
The Ministry of Children and Youth Services is leading the development of an Ontario Middle Years strategy which will bridge existing policy and development frameworks for the early years and youth. It will help to support the wellbeing and positive development of all of Ontario’s children in the middle years, with a particular focus on the most vulnerable children and families.
Understanding the experiences of parents and caregivers is important to us. As part of our efforts to engage parents and caregivers supporting middle years children age 6-12, we have developed a short survey that we are asking parents and caregivers to complete. Once the survey is completed by respondents it will be automatically returned to MCYS.
The survey is anonymous and will only be used to support the development of an Ontario Middle Years Strategy.
Thank you in advance!
